Parks and Spaces Consultation

Closes 17 Oct 2022

Opened 22 Aug 2022

Overview

In South Somerset we are all lucky enough to have access to over 50 South Somerset District Council-owned parks and greenspaces across the district. During the coronavirus pandemic, it has become apparent how vital these spaces are to everyone living and working within our district, not just for exercise but for relaxation as well as for people’s health and mental wellbeing.

South Somerset’s Environmental & Countryside Services have strived to keep principle green spaces well maintained and accessible for everyone during this crisis.

Why your views matter

We are carrying out this survey as we would like to hear from our users on how you think our Service's are performing. We are particularly interested to hear your views on how your use of the open spaces has changed across the pandemic and what improvements you would like to see in our green spaces, so they are fit for the future.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The results will be published later in the year with our responses to any suggestions made.
